This shop has everything tech you could possibly be interested in. There are so many games and equipment, It’s like stepping back in time. And the service is great. Steve has been very helpful in resolving my tech issues from bringing my Wii back to life to providing an iPhone case that was so outdated the stores didn’t even carry it online. Highly recommend 👍🏾

I can't say enough good things about Wireless Guru and GameSwap in Livonia. I genuinely wouldn't trust anyone else with my phone. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. The staff are some of the friendliest, most welcoming, and genuinely caring people you'll ever meet. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you're taken care of every step of the way. What really stands out is how fast and professional their service is. Whether it's a repair, upgrade, or just a question, they're always knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. It's rare to find a business that combines excellent customer service with such a personal touch, but Wireless Guru and GameSwap does exactly that. I actually enjoy stopping by because of how hospitable and kind everyone is. They consistently go above and beyond to help their customers, and it shows in the way they treat people. If you need anything phone-related, this is the place to go. Highly recommended—five stars all day long!

I never go anywhere else. Steve and his great crew of professional tech’s are incredible at what they do. I have gone to them for all things phone, laptop and game repair. Every time I’ve gone there for a phone repair, whether it’s a shattered screen, new speakers or recalibrating the touch screen- I’m in and out in no more than 15 minutes. Laptop and Game repairs are done perfectly and in a timely manner. You CANNOT beat their prices! They greet you with a smile, speak with you respectfully and not condescend like many other tech guys I’ve had experiences with in the past. Thank you Steve/Wireless Guru!

I went in thinking the worse, that I would have to replace my iPhone but Steve (owner) was able to swiftly and accurately diagnose the problem and fix it while I waited. I was overjoyed at his adeptness! He was personable while I waited and SUPER kind! This is you sign! Please don’t walk, RUN if you are in need of repairs, cell phones, accessories, gaming equipment or anything else the store offers…you won’t be disappointed!
